Famine-Struck Zimbabwe

Give the gift of hope to those starving in Zimbabwe.

Famine-Struck Zimbabwe

For over two years now, drought has devastated the gardens and fields of Fr. Joseph’s parishioners in Zimbabwe.

These are not small hobby plots or flower beds; they are the gardens that sustain families, providing daily food for children and grandchildren. Despite their hardest efforts, very little is produced for lack of rain. Families who once lived with modest dignity now face the heartache of empty plates.

Through the support of our donors, the Seraphic Mass Association (SMA) has been with them from the start. Our missionaries travel more than 200 miles to bring life-saving staples - beans, rice, flour, cooking oil, and vegetables - back to the villages.
