A padded leatherette folder certifies Family Membership in the Perpetual Mass Enrollment of the Seraphic Mass Association. A Family Enrollment includes all living and deceased children, parents, brothers and sisters of both spouses. Your offering of $50 supports our Capuchin missionaries.
